Phnom Penh: On the afternoon of Friday, September 11, 2026, the Secondary Education for Human Capital Competitiveness (SE4HC) Project organized a progress review meeting with the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The meeting was co-chaired by H.E. Dr. Bo Chankoulika, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and Project Manager, and Ms. Annika Lawrence, ADB Mission Leader. It was attended by senior ADB officials, technical component leads, project implementation officers, and SE4HC technical advisors, totaling approximately 30 participants. The meeting took place at the 6th-floor Project Meeting Room of the new Chao Ponhea Hok Administration Building, as well as virtually.

The meeting reviewed the work progress and addressed various challenges related to: (1) Project procurement activities for 2026 and 2027 (2) The Action Plan and Budget for 2027 (3) The implementation of the Fast-Track Program in Digital Economy and Applied Mathematics, in collaboration with the Faculty of Digital Economy at the National University of Management (NUM-DE) (4) The establishment of the Education Data Center at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC).
